More Companies Expand on the Estate

Our office suites within James Whatman Court continue to prove popular with another two of our existing tenants taking more space and expanding into larger suites!
The character of these buildings, combined with great natural light and good allocated parking ratios are always appealing key factors .. but with a paint refresh, new LED lighting and high-quality carpets installed, the spaces are now looking great and ready for re-occupation next week!
The first occupier expanding is Laser Electrical who have taken advantage of the fact there was already an inter-connecting door to their neighbouring suite .. so will now occupy both 5 & 7 James Whatman Court, totalling nearly 3,000 sq ft.
We really appreciate the valuable contributions and inputs over the past few months from Laser Company Directors to achieve the desired outcomes and timeframes for all.
Vella Recruitment are also on an expansion drive since first moving to Turkey Mill two years ago.
