Turkey Mill are thrilled to announce that existing occupier STA have expanded and taken a further 3,200 sq.ft. This recent expansion makes STA the largest single occupier on the Business Park which includes more than 70 other businesses.
In readiness for STA to expand the ground floor suite of the Drying Loft underwent a comprehensive refurbishment by contractor Waller Building Services. This included a full redec, upgraded LED lighting, a white handleless kitchen installed to the mezzanine and high quality new dark grey carpeting throughout.
STA moved to Turkey Mill from Maidstone town centre in 2021, originally taking the upper floor of the Drying Loft at Turkey Court comprising 4,000 sq.ft. Since then, their business has grown and diversified and the STA Group which includes STA International, STA Legal and UK Tracing now occupy 7,200 sq.ft.
STA Directors commented "The history and character of the Drying Loft building were appealing, as well as the location and car parking ratios Turkey Mill offer. The office here helps us attract and retain high quality calibre employees. The on-site facilities, Mill cafe and walled garden are popular features and we are pleased Turkey Mill has been able to accommodate our continued business expansion".

The Drying Loft office is a great space that now blends period features with modern functionality. My favourite aspect is what we call the "waterfall window" with a close-up view of the point where the River Len drops underneath the building, which is truly unique."
