The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association has had a base at Turkey Mill for over 20 years. It has expanded its operations over that time and has recently taken a further lease on the Estate of 3 James Whatman Court in addition to 4 & 6 James Whatman Court to have over 5,000 sq ft in total.
The offices are used for the daily training of 25 dogs and associated administration.
Recently appointed Estate Manager Sarah Elvy says "Covid caused significant problems for the Guide Dogs for both its breeding & training programs but we are absolutely delighted that it has recovered and its operations are expanding right here at Turkey Mill. As an estate team we will always do our best to accommodate growing tenants - flexibility is one of our core values. The Guide Dogs are truly wonderful tenants to have at Turkey Mill and certainly bring a smile to the wider business community as they traverse our beautiful grounds."
