The business estate nominated contractors

You have found the right section to make contact with the relevant contractors that our landlord uses at Turkey Mill and who are familiar with the estate and buildings. Should you require work to be done and wish to use any of them, you should use the Useful Contacts below.

1. Provide a detailed note of the work required by email or phone to the appropriate contractor who will confirm whether a written instruction is required.
2. Indicate if you consider the issue needs urgent attention. It will normally be cheaper if you can wait a day or so in order that other work on the estate can be done at the same time.

If you have a problem you should refer to your lease to confirm responsibilities but all occupiers will be responsible for internal finishes, lights and equipment within their own office suite and for toilets and kitchen where these are exclusive use. Alternatively, our Site Manager Kevin Myles is available to undertake a range of maintenance work with standard call out rates of £50.00 plus VAT for the first hour and £40.00 plus VAT per hour thereafter.  Contact maintenance@turkeymill.co.uk or call 01622 623010.

If you require assistance on placing orders for work which are your responsibility, we reserve the right to add 15% (subject to a minimum £35.00) plus VAT to the costs incurred.

NB. There is no obligation to use these contractors and we offer no warranty or guarantee in respect of their performance or costs. If you prefer to use other contractors who are suitably qualified, you are entitled to do so.
